A makeup trial is required for all wedding services to ensure your bridal look is perfected well in advance of your special day. For all other occasions, trials are completely optional and available upon request. Please note that trial appointments are subject to a separate fee, with travel costs applied if applicable.
Yes. Effective March 19, 2016, all event bookings require a signed contract along with a $50 non-refundable deposit from the bride/client to secure the date.
Final payment details and scheduling will be discussed once the contract has been reviewed and agreed upon. Any updates, changes, or payments made after booking will be documented within the contract and shared with the client for complete transparency throughout the process.
I take every step to ensure your makeup looks flawless from day into night. While every skin type is unique and may react differently to makeup, most applications typically last 8–10 hours with proper care. To maintain the longevity of your look, I recommend avoiding wiping your face, sleeping in your makeup, showering, or any activity that may disrupt the application once it has been completed.
For best results, I also suggest carrying a pressed or setting powder for quick touch-ups throughout the event, if needed.
Please note that lip color longevity is not included in this timeframe, as eating, drinking, and natural wear will require reapplication throughout the day or evening.
I would be happy to discuss pricing beyond the services listed. Please use the contact form to get in touch, and I typically respond within 24–48 hours.
To help me answer your questions as quickly and accurately as possible, please include the event date, event type, and the venue or hotel location where services will be provided, along with any additional details you feel may be important.
Once services and rates have been confirmed, payment arrangements will be discussed. Please note that I currently accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle only.
To help your day run as smoothly as possible, my only request is that everyone scheduled for makeup arrives on time and ready to begin. I completely understand that some delays can be outside of your control, but staying as close to schedule as possible allows me to provide each client with the attention and quality they deserve.
Please ensure that you and any guests receiving makeup services arrive with a clean face that has been freshly moisturized. This means all makeup—especially leftover mascara or eyeliner from the night before—should be fully removed prior to your appointment. Not only does this save valuable time, but it also ensures a more hygienic application and allows your makeup to look its absolute best.
Many clients prefer to carry their own lip product for touch-ups throughout the event. This can be a shade you already love or one we select together during your trial appointment. If we choose one from my professional kit, I’ll be happy to provide you with the information needed to purchase it for future use.
I will bring all of the professional products needed for your service unless we have discussed using specific products of your own beforehand. In the event that a product you were asked to bring is forgotten, I will always have suitable substitutes available to ensure your look is completed beautifully and without added stress.
Before your lesson, we will decide on a specific look or technique to focus on so we can make the most of our time together. Whether you’d like to learn a natural everyday look, flawless foundation application, highlighting and contouring techniques, or a bold evening glam, the lesson will be fully customized to your goals and skill level—the choice is yours.
If needed, I can also recommend products for you to purchase prior to your lesson so we can work through the application process together. If you already have products you love, we can absolutely incorporate those into your lesson as well. My goal is to ensure you leave feeling confident, knowledgeable, and able to recreate your look on your own.
